Day by Day Itenerary
Day 1 – ATLANTA
Tour members will enjoy a get acquainted meeting at Airport where we will prepare for our flight to ISRAEL.
Day 2 – ISRAEL
Arrive Tel Aviv. Assistance through customs and tranfer to hotel for rest and leisure. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3 – JOPPA / CAESAREA / MT.CARMEL / NAZARETH / GALILEE
The day begins with a visit to Jaffa to the harbor that Jonah sailed from and where Peter raised Dorcas from the dead. After viewing Simon the Tanner’s rooftop where Peter was praying, journey north to the Biblical Yarkon River and through the Sharon Valley to Caesarea, built by King Herod the Great. It was here that Peter baptized Cornelius. Paul was imprisoned and sailed to Rome from here. Proceed to Mt Carmel and where Elijah confronted the false prophets of Baal. After lunch arrive in Nazareth, the hometown of Jesus, to visit Mary’s Well, the place of the Annunciation and worshipping at the ancient synagogue. Passing Cana, site of Jesus’ First Miracle, and arrive at the Sea of Galilee for overnight.

Day 4 – SEA OF GALILEE / DAN / CAESAREA PHILIPPI / CAPERNAUM / MT.OF BEATITUDES
Sunrise service on the Sea of Galilee. After breakfast, we travel north to Tel Dan. On to Caesarea Philippi, where Peter made the great confession. Crossing the Jordan river at the historic Daughters of Jacob bridge, view Bethsaida and Chorazin. After a tour of the synagogues and ruins of Capernaum, we will enjoy a leisurely boat ride across the Sea of Galilee for a delicious lunch of St. Peter's fish at Kibbutz Ein Gev. In the afternoon, pass the church of the Gardarene maniac, Mensa Christi the Church of Multiplication. The day ends with a service on the Mt of Beatitudes. Evening meal and overnight at Kibbutz Nof Ginnossar
Day 5 – JORDAN RIVER / BETH SHEAN / HAROD'S SPRING JEZREEL / MEGIDDO / JERUSALEM
Sunrise service on the Sea of Galilee; then stop at the Jordan River. On to Beth Shean to see the Roman Theater and where the body of King Saul hung on the gates of the city. On to Harod’s Spring the place of Gideon. Viewing the Palace of Ahab at Jezreel, journey to Megiddo where the battle of Armageddon will be fought. After lunch we travel through the Jordan Rift Valley an on into Jerusalem, the city of the Great King.

Day 6 – MT.ZION / UPPER ROOM / TEMPLE MOUNT / TUNNEL
Today the tour begins with a visit to Mt. Zion and the Upper Room, the Tomb of King David. Visit to the Holocaust Museum Yad Vashem. Then to the Temple Mount and the Wailing Wall. Afternoon of Leisure.

Day 7 – MT.SCOPUS / MT. OF OLOIVES / GETHSEMANE / ST.PETER'S GALICANTU / POOL OF SOLOAM
Begin the morning with a breathtaking view of Jerusalem from Mt. Scopus. On to the Mount of Olives to visit the site of the Ascension of Jesus. Follow the old Roman road down the Mount of Olives to pray in the Garden of Gethsemane. In the afternoon, view Bethlehem from Ramat Rachel; then to Warren’s shaft, the Gihon Springs to the Pool of Siloam to St Peter in Gallicantu to view Potter’s field.

Day 8 – JERICHO ROAD / DEAD SEA / QASR EL, YAHUD / MASADA / QUMRAN
Leave Jerusalem and travel to the Dead Sea viewing en route the Mount of Temptation. Drive to Qasr el Yahud, the site where Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by John the Baptist. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Masada, the Alamo of Israel. Stop at En Gedi where David hid in the cave from Saul. In the afternoon, view Qumran Caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Pass by Good Samaritan Inn on the way back to Jerusalem.

Day 9 – EIN KAREM / OBED-EDOM / BETH SHEMESH / GAT / VALLEY OF ELAH / BEERSHEBA
Drive to Ein Karem, birthplace of John the Baptist and on to Obed-Edom where the Ark fo the Covenant was kept. Proceed to Beth Shemesh, Tel Maresha, and Beersheba.

Day 10 – VIA DOLOROSA / CALVARY / GARDEN TOMB
Walk through St Stephen’s Gate to the Pool of Bethesda and Pilate’s Judgment Hall. Walk the historic Via Dolorosa to Damascus Gate through the colorful bazaars of the Old City. Outside the gate, follow in the footsteps of our Lord to Calvary and the Garden Tomb for a worship service. Afternoon of leisure.
Late evening transfer to airport for departure.
Day 11 – ATLANTA
Today our memorable journey concludes with our flight to ATLANTA and home.
